What is included?

  • Analysis and final year-end reporting

Education and Training

What is the service and how will you benefit?

Our tailored education and training sessions concentrate on two specific assessment tools: the Chaos Index and the Service Outcome Tool. The Chaos Index has been developed to measure the wellbeing of service users, while the Service Outcome Tool helps you understand how individuals are currently using services and resources.

Through our Education and Training programme, you can measure a client’s level of need across a range of measures – and see established patterns of service usage over a specific time period. Ultimately, the service will enable you to evidence and quantify changes in client behaviour as a consequence of an effective support service. This evidence can then be used to help you make the economic case for investment.

Who is the service for?

The service is designed for Provider Organisations who need additional support to understand and evidence the impacts of their services.

What is included?

Two 2-hour training sessions on how to use the Chaos Index (4 hours in total)
